The Certification program has three levels of training. Upon completion of prerequisite and the study applied to each level of training, you will receive a certificate qualifying you as a trainer of Qigong Self-Care.  NOW, 2 hours each session: Including Review of Qigong Self Care Techniques; Lessons on underlying principles of the Techniques covered in the training; Sessions in which participants practice and cultivate their teaching skills; Esoteric, Taoist practices that will assist the furtherance and depth of understanding.
