Guided by Kathryn Davis, Instructor with over 30 years experience as a Qigong teacher.
Every session is different, based on the energies of the group, energies of the day, energies of the stars and the inspiration of the instructor. Includes a variety of practices based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ancient teachings Buddhist and Taoist routines.
