Overall Qigong is designed to address weakness and stagnation. That which lies at the root of existing health issues, or has the potential to cause issues such as fatigue, illness, depression and dis-ease.
Qi-Energy works internally through the meridian-energetic-system to clear & remove stuck blockages and stagnation from within the body. Providing an opportunity for all systems to heal and function optimally, which allows us to flourish in our lives.
A primary focus is to address blocks in the flow of energy, blood and lymph. And to progressively heal, as the natural flow is returned.
The program includes specific routines to heal the organs, glands, circulation, nervous system; and to strengthen the body, mind and heart.
