Qigong, pronounced Chee-gung, is a component of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is designed to support wellness, by integrating breath practices with graceful movement and mindfulness. The purpose of qigong moving meditation is to facilitate the natural flow of Qi or ‘Vital Energy’ throughout the body.
