The Qigong Self-Care program is designed to address weakness and stagnation within the physical body/mind and spirit. That which lies at the root of existing issues, or has the potential to cause issues such as fatigue, illness, depression and dis-ease.
A primary focus is to address blocks in the flow of energy, blood and lymph. And to progressively heal as the natural flow is returned. Including specific routines to heal the organs, glands, and circulation; and to strengthen the body, mind and heart.
The intent is to empower you to help yourself heal through self-transformation.
Gentle yet powerfully integrates all systems of the body, mind and spirit. Building strength, flexibility and purposeful action.
