A process that helps the trainer elevate their own capacity for wholeness. Learn and teach tried and true health routines from the systems of Taoist, Buddhist and Traditional Chinese Medicine Qigong Forms

2 hours each session.

Including Review of Qigong Self Care Techniques

• • • • • Lessons on underlying principles of the Techniques covered in the training.
        • Sessions in which participants practice and cultivate their teaching skills.
        • Esoteric, Taoist practices that will assist the furtherance and depth of understanding.

      • Prerequisite requirements for
      • Certification as a “Qigong Self-Care Trainer”
  • • • • Level One Certification – Prerequisite is at least one full session of the Qigong Self Care Program
        • Level Two Certification – Prerequisite full session of Advanced Qigong Self Care Program and Level One Advanced/Certification Training.
        • Level Three Certification – Prerequisite in addition to the Qigong Self Care Program and Level One Advanced Certification Training, requires actual teaching experience of the Qigong Self Care program. This can be done assisting the primary trainer and/or by creating sessions within your family or community.
