• Soaring Crane Remedy Routine 2: Bu Qi Zhan Zhang, Tonification Stance.

• Healing Sounds: Sitting Meditation/Practice Routine for 6 Healing Sounds.

• Mantra; learn/practice the Sanskrit Chinese of Essence Qigong’s Mantra for grounding & circulating the energies of Heaven & Earth; followed by Standing Meditation and Movement embodied by the Mantra.

  – Break –

• TAOIST Longevity Practice of 99:

  Turtle Longevity 01- Activating the Lower Dantian & Wei Lu points – Preparing for the journey.

• Meditation for connecting with each finger’s meridians (energy channels)

• Mudra (Hand Positions): for Recharging Energy Reserves,

• Standing/Moving Meditation:

  Bone Marrow Cleanse (Shaolin Movement Routine to improve immunity and provide an internal integration of the Contemplative & Awakened Buddha/Christ Consciousness.)

• Sitting Meditation – Relaxation, Bone Breathing
